FS Life Raises ₹50 Crore Funding to Expand Premium Women’s Fashion Brands

Women-led fashion house FS Life, the parent company of FableStreet, March Jewellery, and Pink Fort, has raised ₹50 crore ($5.6 million) in a new funding round led by Colossa Ventures and Rahul Garg, founder of IGNITE Growth LLP.

Existing investors Fireside Ventures and Mirabilis Investment Trust also participated, reaffirming their confidence in the brand’s strong performance and growth potential in India’s evolving women’s apparel market.

The fresh capital will primarily be used to expand FS Life’s offline presence, with plans to double its retail footprint within the next six months.

The company is targeting 100 stores across India within three years, focusing on major urban markets such as Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR to strengthen its omnichannel strategy and deepen customer engagement.

Founded in 2015 by Ayushi Gudwani, FS Life has built a strong portfolio of brands that cater to the modern Indian woman. FableStreet offers premium western wear designed for professional women, March curates elegant silver and semi-precious jewellery, while Pink Fort blends traditional aesthetics with contemporary designs in ethnic wear.

Currently operating at a revenue run rate of ₹160 crore, FS Life is nearing operational break-even, with most of its stores turning profitable within 18 months of launch.

The company last raised over $9 million in a Series B round in 2022, backed by Fusion Tech Ventures, Kanwaljit Singh, and Harmeet Bajaj.

With this latest round, FS Life is gearing up to solidify its position as a category leader in premium western and modern Indian wear, a segment that continues to see rising demand among India’s young, urban, and style-conscious women.
