Qoruz, a platform focused on creator intelligence and brand collaborations, has raised $500,000 in a pre-Series A round led by The Chennai Angels.

The round also drew support from top marketing professionals, agency heads, and founders within the media and advertising industry.

This is part of a larger $1 million round currently in progress. Earlier, the Bengaluru-based startup had raised ₹4.5 crore in a seed round from Dexter Angels and the IIM Indore Alumni Fund.

The fresh funding will be strategically deployed to enhance Qoruz’s AI capabilities, expand into new market verticals, and deepen its global footprint with a focus on Middle East and Southeast Asia, according to a company press release.

Founded in 2014 by Praanesh Bhuvaneswar, Prabakaran B, Aditya Gurwara, and Priya Vivek, Qoruz offers a robust platform for brands to discover, evaluate, and collaborate with creators. By transforming creator marketing from an intuitiondriven approach to a dataled strategy, Qoruz helps brands secure measurable business outcomes.
